Jeanna Lorenz is a certified master
hypnotherapist. She received her training at
the Eastern Institute of Hypnosis in Virginia.
She also received her Bachelor of Arts
degree in International Relations and
Foreign Service at The Pennsylvania State
University. She is a member in good
standing at the National Guild of Hypnotists
and the International Association of
Counselors and Therapists. Jeanna has a
private practice Crossroads Hypnotherapy Center
in Wyomissing PA.
James Kinney CMHt, BA
James Kinney is a certified master
hypnotherapist, and a certified 7th path and 5-path
hypnotist and specializes in sports
performance. James has a degree in
Communications and a Bachelors of Arts
degree in Psychology from the University of
Texas. James has worked as a Certified
Corporate Trainer and is a Nationally Ranked
Competitive Fencer. He has also attained a
master’s rating in chess and has been
married for over 5 years with two children. James has
a private practice Charlotte Hypnotherapy Center
in Charlotte, NC.

Our History
James Kinney and Jeanna Lorenz have co-founded Training Achievement, Inc to
address the growing needs of those who are seeking valuable training and
development. James is the founder of Charlotte Hypnotherapy Center in Charlotte,
NC and Jeanna is founder of Crossroads Hypnotherapy Center in Wyomissing, PA.
Nationally recognized, both have a background in training and development with a
combined 25 years of experience. In 2004 they quickly recognized the need for
exceptional training within the industry. Training Achievement, Inc was established
to utilize the experience of both founders and create a fun and effective learning
environment for everyone. Whether someone is looking to expand skills within their
own industry or is at a crossroads in their current profession and desires a career
change, Training Achievement, Inc can provide education and training that will
