REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
As we promote each class well in advance, any cancellation may result in loss of
revenue by Training Achievement Inc. It is the policy of Training Achievement Inc
that tuition may be refunded if the student requests a withdrawal or cancellation
from a class, however in all cases withdrawal or cancellation will result in a tuition
obligation minus the non-refundable deposit of $500 required to hold a spot in the
class. All cancellations must be in writing.
Failure to attend class, or stopping payment on a check is not considered a
cancellation or withdrawal. The date of this request will determine the tuition
liability for the class period. Refer to the refund schedule below to determine
liability:

*This refund schedule applies to any class offered by Training Achievement Inc.
Tuition will be refunded 100 percent without a processing fee charge for any
classes in which Training Achievement cancels the class. Refunds checks will be
mailed in a timely fashion to the address on file. Students who made a partial
payment on their bill will have their tuition liability calculated according to the above
Tuition Obligation schedule. A reduction in tuition charges may not necessarily
result in a refund and, in some instances, a tuition balance may still be due.
Student processing fees are non-refundable and applied after any tuition
obligation.
